Fredrik Schultz

Fredrik Schultz’s practice is mainly in Litigation & Arbitration, Construction, Real Estate and Employment and Labour Law.

Fredrik has a vast experience in drafting and reviewing construction contracts on a national and international level. Further, Fredrik has an excellent reputation as a litigator in the Stockholm market. He has participated in numerous high profile construction disputes, representing numerous multinational companies.

Fredrik has also been involved in a number of major real estate transactions.

Prior to joining W&C Fredrik worked as a law clerk in the District Court of Mora and also in the Appellant Court for Western Sweden and the Svea Court Of Appeal. Fredrik has also acted as judge in Mora District court.
